PUBLIC HEARING Notice of Schedules, Standards and Rules Notice is hereby given that on November 18, 2025, the Anson County Tax Administrator submitted to the Anson County Board of Commissioners the proposed true value and present-use value schedules, standards, and rules to be used in the 2026 revaluation of real property in Anson County. Notice is further given that a copy of said proposed true value and present-use-value schedules, standards and rules were filed in the office of the Anson County Tax Administrator Office, 101 South Greene Street, Wadesboro, N.C. on November 18, 2025, where said proposed schedules, standards and rules are available for public inspection. Notice is further given that on December 1st, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. the Anson County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on said proposed schedules, standards and rules. All interested citizens are invited to be present and comment on said proposed schedules, standards and rules, if they desire to be heard. Said public hearing will be held in the Commissioner's Board Room - Suite 209 located at 101 South Greene Street on the 2nd floor in the Anson County Government Building, Wadesboro, NC Adoption of the schedule of values is scheduled for December 16th 2025 at 6:00 p.m. at their regular meeting in the Anson County Courthouse, 114 North Greene Street, Wadesboro in courtroom number 1. The public upon adoption have up to 30 days to appeal the decision of the county commissioners to the NC Property Tax Commission in Raleigh.
